Also - locally, here in the most awesome city of San Diego, California, KFO founder Lou Uridel has teamed up with Jamie Allen to offer personal training services as well as nutritional consultations for people in the area! KFO will still over online consults - however, the personal touch will remain in the 858 and 619! We will be running our base of operations out of World Gym in San Diego... located off the Garnett/Balboa exit on the I-5.

KFO Launches July 2007!!!
After a few bumps in the road, KFO is finally here. With the combination of BW, Bellina and Citruscide (Aka Big Lou, founder of KFO) as our expert consultants, KFO has put together an outstanding team of professionals that will be offering consultation services for bodybuilders, figure competitors and even the fitness enthusiast. In the very near future MMA and Powerlifting consultation forums will be added as well. This is just the first step in an ever expanding evolution of KFO!
